SyncoreAgreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Principera LLC (“Principera,” “we,” or “us”). By using Syncore, you agree to these Terms and the Syncore Privacy Policy. If you use Syncore for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and any Microsoft Store license terms that apply to your installation, Principera grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Syncore for lawful development work. Syncore is licensed, not sold.
You may not:
- bypass security, authorization, usage, or safety controls;
- interfere with Syncore or use it to distribute malware or gain unauthorized access;
- resell, sublicense, or provide hosted access to Syncore without written permission;
- reverse engineer Syncore except to the extent applicable law does not permit that restriction; or
- use Syncore in violation of law, third-party rights, provider terms, or repository policy.
AI-assisted features
Syncore can request content from generative-AI providers you select. AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, insecure, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. It is not professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing proposed changes, commands, licenses, security implications, and verification evidence before relying on or distributing output. Syncore’s orchestration and verification features reduce risk; they do not guarantee correctness, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Report inappropriate, dangerous, misleading, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing output through the AI-output reporting form.
Your content, accounts, and workspaces
You remain responsible for the repositories, prompts, credentials, dependencies, tools, and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process that content and to submit it to any provider or integration you enable.
You are also responsible for protecting your devices, accounts, tokens, and API keys. Do not submit another person’s personal information unless you have the permission or other legal basis required to do so.
You may register a Syncore account through a supported Google or GitHub identity. You must provide accurate account information, use an identity you are authorized to use, and promptly notify Principera if you believe the account has been compromised. Identity verification, joining a waitlist, downloading the application, or receiving a Store license does not by itself grant private-beta access. Principera separately approves eligible accounts and may limit the number, timing, or scope of admissions.
Third-party services
AI providers, GitHub, Microsoft Store, package registries, source hosts, and development tools are independent services governed by their own terms. Principera does not control their availability, pricing, retention, content, or security practices. You are responsible for configuring and authorizing the services you choose.
Preview features, updates, and support
Beta and preview features may be incomplete, may change, or may be withdrawn. Do not use a preview as the sole system for production-critical or safety-critical work.
Microsoft Store controls installation and updates for the Store version of Syncore. Principera may update Syncore to improve functionality, security, compliance, or reliability. Support is available through the Syncore support page; no particular response or resolution time is promised unless a separate written agreement applies.
Ownership and feedback
Principera and its licensors retain all rights in Syncore, the website, documentation, trademarks, and related technology. You retain your rights in content you provide. Principera does not claim ownership of your repositories merely because Syncore processes them.
If you provide feedback, you grant Principera the right to use it without restriction or compensation. We will not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNCORE, THE WEBSITE, PREVIEW FEATURES, AND ASSOCIATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PRINCIPERA DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PRINCIPERA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SYNCORE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINCIPERA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM SYNCORE OR THESE TERMS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Syncore at any time. Principera may keep an account on the waitlist, suspend it, revoke it, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for beta administration, security, legal compliance, product integrity, nonpayment, or a material breach of these Terms. When an access decision changes, the installed application may lock on its next account-status check. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms as Syncore changes. The date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through Syncore or release notes.
These Terms and any applicable Store license terms are the entire agreement concerning Syncore unless you have a separate signed agreement with Principera. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
