What to include
- Syncore version and Windows version;
- a short description of what you were trying to do;
- the exact error message or a redacted screenshot;
- whether the issue repeats after reopening Syncore; and
- the provider or integration involved, if relevant.
Never send secrets. Remove passwords, API keys, access tokens, private keys, repository secrets, customer data, and unrelated personal information before contacting support.
Security concerns
If you believe you found a security vulnerability, email support@principera.com with “Syncore security report” in the subject. Avoid public disclosure until Principera has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Do not access data that is not yours or disrupt a production service while testing.
Support scope
Principera can help with Syncore installation, local settings, documented provider configuration, product defects, and responsible-AI concerns. Independent providers, GitHub, package registries, and development tools maintain their own support processes. Preview features may change and may not have the same support commitments as a generally available release.
We do not promise a specific response or resolution time unless a separate written agreement applies. Urgent safety, credential exposure, active abuse, and privacy concerns receive priority in the triage workflow.
Privacy and deletion requests
Support messages and AI-output reports are handled under the Syncore Privacy Policy. To request access, correction, or deletion, email support from the address associated with your submission. For data retained independently by an AI provider or integration, contact that service directly.
