The product

Govern AI software work from request to verified result.

Syncore is a local-first control plane for software work performed with AI. It coordinates the models you choose while keeping goals, limits, evidence, and approval authority explicit.

What Syncore adds around a model

A model can propose, reason, and write code. Syncore supplies the durable system that decides what work exists, what context it receives, what limits apply, what happens after failure, and what evidence is required before completion.

Governed planning

Turn a goal into bounded work with explicit success criteria, workspace scope, model policy, and budget constraints.

Model coordination

Use one provider, assign preferred models to different roles, or let Syncore choose a suitable route for each task.

Durable project memory

Preserve project state, decisions, evidence, and execution lineage outside a single model conversation.

Bounded repair

When a check fails, continue from recorded evidence with controlled retries instead of silently restarting the entire job.

Cost control

Reserve capacity, track elapsed work and token use, and stop safely when a defined provider or campaign budget is exhausted.

Evidence-based acceptance

Separate an agent's confidence from recorded test results, required checks, and the authority to approve delivery.

Local control with provider choice

Syncore keeps orchestration and project state on the user's machine. Remote model providers receive task context only when the user configures that provider and grants consent. The architecture is designed so that a project is not trapped inside one provider's chat history.
